Infinity Yoga has been born with the wish to make Yoga accessible to all regardless of where you are. We believe that everyone deserves to be happy in their own skin, to know that you deserve the best, to believe that you can achieve whatever you put your mind to, and to realise that the world is full of endless opportunities. By bringing more awareness into your day to day you are already a big step ahead, and Yoga can certainly help you with that.
Yoga doesn't have to look one specific way. Sometimes you will see big changes externally other times internally. However, often you will find that it happens simultaneously. And this all depends on what your goal is. We feel very lucky to have experienced transformation through Yoga. Now, we want to share our expertise with you so that you can benefit from it too. Why? Because everyone including yourself deserves to live at ease and enjoy life at its fullest, however that may look for you.
Yoga gives you the tools for transformation and we believe that with willingness to improve your life, and using these, change is definitely possible. Be it external (fitness, stress levels) or internal (confidence with oneself, staying healthy, mind space), Yoga will help you improve and even transform yourself and therefore what surrounds you, for the better. When you change, your surroundings change too, but the first step begins with you.
Step on your mat and nourish yourself today!
Elisa is an experienced Yoga instructor with +500hr of Teacher Training. With over 10 years of personal practice and five years of teaching experience between the UK and Australia, she feels very fortunate to have built a wide array of skills.
Although her background is Primary School teaching she found her real passion with Yoga. There's nothing that makes her happier than helping people feel better, working as a whole mind, body, and spirit.
Originally from Spain, she moved to the UK at the age of 21 to learn English and create a better life. Little did she know, she would end up on the other side of the world five years later where she would start a journey to make her dream come true.
Three years later after a lot of hard work Infinity Yoga came to life! She puts her all into what she does and really hopes that you can benefit from her commitment to her Yoga teaching.
